In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• “BARRE BAZAAR”: BARRE BAZAAR, including its studio(s), website, staff and services.

• “Client”: any individual who books, purchases, or attends classes or uses services provided by BARRE BAZAAR.

• “Services”: all classes, memberships, credits, studio hire and related offerings.

• “Agreement”: any arrangement between BARRE BAZAAR and Client arising from booking, purchase, or participation.

These Terms apply to all offers, bookings, agreements, and services provided by BARRE BAZAAR.

By making a booking or using Services, the Client accepts these Terms. Any deviation is valid only if explicitly agreed in writing by BARRE BAZAAR.

BARRE BAZAAR reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most recent version shall apply.

BARRE BAZAAR provides group barre based classes and events delivered in different formats, including but not limited to:

• BASE (entry/intermediate level training)

• BLEND (intermediate/mixed discipline training)

• BUILD (advanced/resistance-based training)

Class capacity is limited. BARRE BAZAAR does not guarantee availability.

Bookings may be processed via third-party systems. Where applicable, the Client is bound by the terms of such third parties in addition to these Terms.

A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and system confirmation.

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT % 9 unless stated otherwise.

5.1 INTRODUCE

• Applicable once per new Client only

5.2 PACKS

• BARRE ¹⁰ : €139 (10 classes/valid 6 months)

• BARRE ⁵ : €75 (5 classes/valid 3 months)

• BARRE ³  : €50 (3 classes/valid 2 months)

• BARRE ¹ : €17,50 (1 class cq. drop-in/valid 1 month)

Class Packs are personal, non-transferable, and must be used within the validity period. Expired class packs lapse automatically and are not refundable, freeze-able or extendable.

BARRE BAZAAR doesn't accept cash payments without written permission beforehand.
All payments are to be made digitally. 

Memberships are offered on a recurring monthly and/fixed term basis:

• BARREMINIMUM: €55/month (4 classes/month/flexible contract)

• BARREHOPPER: €95/month (8 classes/month/flexible contract)

• BARREKEEPER: €119/month (unlimited access/flexible contract)

• BARRESOCIAL: €0/month (1 class/month/limited acces)

• BARREBOUND¹: €999/year (unlimited access founding membership 50 spots only  promotion/fixed contract)

• BARREBOUND¹²: €99/month (unlimited access founding membership 50 spots only promotion/fixed contract)

All monthly memberships renew automatically. 

Everyone on a membership receives ¹ monthly guest pass.
Class must be booked through a personal Momoyoga account.

Guest Pass Eligibility - BARRE BUDDY
BARREMINIMUM, BARREHOPPER, BARREKEEPER and BARREBOUND members may request unique BARRE BUDDY codes for guests; each code is valid for 90 days from issuance, may be redeemed once by one guest only and automatically expires if unused after 90 days. Members may receive one (1) guest pass per calendar month.

To prevent repeated use of guest passes by the same individuals, an individual may participate in a guest-pass visit no more than once within any ninety (90) day period, irrespective of which BARRE BAZAAR member provides the invitation.

Guest eligibility is therefore determined by the guest's previous guest-pass attendance and is not reset when a different member provides the invitation.

A guest must not:

• hold an active BARRE BAZAAR membership;

• have used a BARRE BAZAAR guest pass within the preceding ninety (90) days; or

• use multiple members' guest passes or accounts to circumvent this restriction.

BARRE BAZAAR reserves the right to refuse a guest-pass booking where the eligibility requirements are not met and to take reasonable measures to prevent misuse of the guest-pass benefit.

Cancelling & freezing memberships

• Fixed contracts cannot be cancelled.

• A minimum commitment of three payment terms applies for all memberships with a flexible contract feature, unless stated otherwise. After the third billing cycle, membership-holders of these contracts may cancel their membership by e-mail via bonjour@barrebazaar.com or through their booking account. Provided cancellation notice should be submitted at least 4 days before the start of the next billing cycle.

• Memberships cancelled after this deadline will renew for the following billing cycle.
  A formal cancellation should still be made in that case.

BARRE BAZAAR  has the following procedure in regard to freezing  a membership.

• Vacation → no freeze possible

• Temporary lower usage →  we advise to temporarily downgrade to a lower tier membership

• Long-term medical reason → freeze possible on doctors note for minimal 1 month and maximum 3 months at a freeze fee of €10 p/m+ accepting extension of the original contract with the months freezed. Not willing or able to show a doctors note upon request will disqualify the request of freezing the membership altogether. 

• Don't want to continue → cancel according to contract terms

BARRE BAZAAR reserves the right to adjust pricing or membership structure with reasonable prior notice.

Cancellations are permitted up to +8 hours prior to class start time. Reschedule is available.

Cancellations <8 hours result in late cancelation and immediate forfeiture of the credit.

No-shows made across all packs & memberships are seen as a of failure to attend a booked class. This leads to loss of credit in addition to a no-show fee of €7,50. 

All memberships are to be paid automatically by direct debit. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are correct and that sufficient funds are available on the scheduled collection date.

FAILED PAYMENT

If a membership payment fails, is reversed or cannot be collected, BARRE BAZAAR will notify the member. A €15 failed-payment administration fee may be charged for any additional administration and payment processing involved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The outstanding membership payment and any applicable fee must be paid within 14 days of the payment notice.

STILL UNPAID?

If payment has not been received within 14 days, BARRE BAZAAR may send a formal payment reminder and, where legally permitted, charge statutory interest and statutory extrajudicial collection costs (incassokosten).

The applicable statutory collection costs will be calculated in accordance with Dutch law and any applicable limits for recurring membership payments.

If the outstanding amount remains unpaid after the applicable payment period, BARRE BAZAAR may suspend the member’s access to classes, bookings and membership benefits until the account is brought up to date.

FINAL STEP: COLLECTION

If payment remains outstanding after the required reminders and payment periods, BARRE BAZAAR may refer the outstanding claim to a professional collection agency and, where necessary, a gerechtsdeurwaarder and/or the court.

Any statutory interest, legally recoverable collection costs, court fees and enforcement costs resulting from the member’s failure to pay may be charged to the member to the extent permitted by law.

A collection agency cannot itself seize money or property; enforcement by a gerechtsdeurwaarder generally follows the required legal process and, where applicable, a court judgment.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP DOESN’T PAUSE ITSELF

Not attending classes, not making bookings or simply stopping attendance does not cancel or suspend a membership. Membership payments remain due until the membership has been validly freezed or cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If a member believes a payment has failed incorrectly or disputes an amount, they must contact BARRE BAZAAR directly as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.

PAYMENT TIMELINE AT A GLANCE

• Day 0: Scheduled membership payment.

• Day 1–7: Failed payment notification sent.

• Within 14 days: Outstanding amount must be paid.

• After 14 days: Where legally applicable, statutory interest and statutory incassokosten may become due following the required payment notice.

• After continued non-payment: Membership access may be suspended and the claim may be referred for collection.

• Further non-payment: The claim may proceed to a billcollector (gerechtsdeurwaarder) and/or court in accordance with applicable law.

Clients must arrive in a timely manner prior to class start.

• Class starting times are listed on the schedule. Entry is not permitted after class commencement; no exceptions.

• Late arrival will result in denial of access and loss of credit.

Services are strictly personal to the Client.

• Credits and memberships are non-transferable

• All purchases are non-refundable. Please check class validity before purchasing

• Accounts may not be shared

• Resale or transfer of access is prohibited

BARRE BAZAAR may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

The Client confirms they are physically and medically fit to participate in Services. Participation age is set at 16 and is at the Client’s own risk. Everyone below this age needs to present written approval from a legal guardian or have this person to accompany them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BARRE BAZAAR excludes liability for:

• Injury, illness or any physical harm

• Loss, theft or damage of personal belongings

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

The Client agrees to comply with all studio rules and instructions provided by staff, including but not limited to:

• Use of towels where required

• Storage of personal belongings in designated areas

• Mobile phones and other devices not in training areas

• Respectful conduct toward staff and other clients

BARRE BAZAAR reserves the right to deny access or remove any Client for misconduct, disruption, or violation of studio rules.

Certain items and services may be offered at additional cost, including:

• Towel rental: €2,50

• Keychain: €2,50

• Water: €2

• Bag: €5

• Grip socks: €5

• Water bottle: €7,50

• MINIBARRE prices items vary

Complimentary facilities may include showers and essentials, subject to availability.

Prices may be different on site due to availability, brand or ongoing promotions.

BARRE BAZAAR reserves the right to amend schedules, instructors, or Services at any time.

No liability arises from changes or cancellations resulting from operational necessity or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure.

BARRE BAZAAR offers studio hire for commercial and private use.

Rates:

• €90 per hour

• €275 half day (4 hours)

• €500 full day (8 hours)

• Custom arrangements upon request

Studio spaces include designated areas subject to booking terms.

All rentals are subject to separate agreement and availability. Prices may vary , are applicable to change and exclude VAT.

Recording by Clients in the studio is permitted only insofar as it does not interfere with classes or infringe on the rights or privacy of others. Offline is where it is at.

No individual may be recorded without prior consent.

BARRE BAZAAR may organise designated recording sessions for commercial or promotional purposes. Such sessions will be clearly indicated prior to booking.

By attending such sessions, the Client acknowledges and consents to potential recording and use of their likeness for promotional purposes.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

BARRE BAZAAR reserves the right to change the prices of its classes, class packages, memberships, products and services from time to time. Any new prices will apply to purchases and memberships entered into after the new prices have taken effect.

For ongoing memberships or other agreements, BARRE BAZAAR may adjust prices only where permitted by applicable Dutch law and in accordance with any applicable notice, transparency and termination requirements. Where required by law, members will be informed of a price change in advance and will retain any mandatory rights available to them under Dutch law.

No price change will affect a payment, booking or purchase that has already been completed at the previously applicable price, unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or waive any mandatory rights or protections granted to consumers under Dutch law.
